Hire Us
Hire AI developers who ship working agents, not decks
We're a small senior team that scopes, builds, and deploys AI agents, automations, and AI-powered apps — then keeps them running. Fixed quotes, working software in weeks, and honest advice when AI is the wrong tool.
What we build
Four ways to put us to work
Agency vs in-house
A whole team's skillset, without the headcount
Shipping AI that works in production takes more than one hire: someone who knows the models, someone who knows integrations, someone who designs the human-approval loops, and someone with the judgement to say "don't automate that." For most companies that's not a job description — it's a small team you need for a few months, then occasionally after. That's what hiring us gets you.
- Scoped, fixed-price builds — not an open-ended day rate
- A working system in weeks, run on your real data early
- Documentation and handover your team actually owns
- Ongoing improvement without a permanent salary
Proof
We run our own agents, on our own money
The clearest test of an AI developer is whether they trust their own agents with work that matters to them.
More builds — from an AI meeting assistant with 99% transcription accuracy to a learning platform serving 900+ students — on our projects page.
How it works
From first call to running system
Discovery call
Free, no-commitment. You walk us through the process or product; we tell you what an agent can realistically take on — and what it shouldn’t.
Scoped proposal
A fixed quote with clear deliverables. If a cheaper non-AI fix would serve you better, this is where we say so.
Build, on your real work
We deploy early and run the agent on actual data with human review, tightening it weekly — you watch it work before it runs unsupervised.
Handover and beyond
You get a documented system your team owns. We stay available to maintain and extend it as your business changes.
FAQ
Before you hire anyone
Should I hire an AI developer in-house or work with an agency?
Building AI features well takes several skillsets at once — LLM engineering, integration work, product design, and the judgement to know what not to automate. Hiring that in-house means multiple senior salaries before you have shipped anything. An agency gives you the full skillset for the duration of the build, and your team inherits a working, documented system rather than a job opening.
What does it cost to hire an AI development company?
It depends on scope. A focused automation or single agent is a different project from a full AI-powered product. We scope in a free discovery call and quote a fixed price for the build — no day-rate meters running. There is also a modest ongoing usage cost, since AI models charge per use.
How long does a typical project take?
Most agent and automation projects ship a working first version in weeks, not months. We deploy early, run it on real work with human review, and expand from there — you see it operating on your actual data before we scale it up.
Do you work with clients outside Singapore?
Yes — we are based in Singapore and build for clients in the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. Agent and automation work is naturally remote: the systems we integrate with are cloud platforms, and we overlap working hours for the meetings that matter.
Will you tell us if AI is the wrong tool?
Yes, and we regularly do. Some processes are better served by a simple script, an off-the-shelf product, or a process change. Recommending a cheaper non-AI fix costs us a project and earns us a client — we take that trade.
Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers who build with AI daily — including on our own products and our own growth. No hand-off to a junior bench after the sales call: the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Tell us what you're trying to automate
A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether it's an agent, an automation, an app — or none of the above. Either way, you leave knowing.
